Chimney flashing is found at the point where your roof meets your chimney. It’s supposed to maintain a waterproof seal that protects the roof and chimney from moisture penetration. When this is compromised, it’s common to see chimney leaks when the brick and mortar joints become brittle, which can lead to a damaged roof and attic, or even heavy water damaged to your actual chimney.

We installed new chimney flashing, ice and water protector and flashing.

Klaus Roofing performed a partial front & back replacement of the roof due to old age. Old roofing shingles were removed down to the plywood and replaced with new updated materials. New aluminum drip metal and rake metal were added to the eaves of the roof deck and outside rake edges. Also, installed new vent pipe boot flashings.
