Old roofing materials were completely removed and replaced with brand new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles. New aluminum boot flashings around chimney, drip metal on all eaves of the roof deck, and rake metal on the outside rake edges were also installed.

This house had a leak coming inside due to the chimney flashing deteriorating and some shingles missing.  This caused a whole lot of damage during the rains.  We replaced the entire slope along with the flashing and soffits along with the wood underlayment.
