This 20-year-old roof in Dousman had 4 layers of shingles (including cedar on the bottom).  We properly removed all layers and installed a brand new IKO 50-year warranty roof.

The customer called with concerns regarding a leak coming from the chimney flashing area. We came out, assessed the issue and fixed the leak by installing new flashing and proper protection for the roof. This chimney is now fully protected and ready for all of the Wisconsin weather. 

The plaster in this home was wrinkling and starting to fall. We replaced the shingles and two pipe boots that were known to leak in the past with PermaBoots. We also installed a ridge vent, chimney flashing, and aluminum drip edge to keep the roof in prime condition and ready to take on whatever winter brings. 

Ridge vents increase the life expectancy of your roof, which saves on utility costs, and prevents interior damage from condensation and moisture! Here’s an example of a home that updated their ridge vents.

Klaus Roofing Systems took the time to help a customer out with a section of rubber roof that needed some repair work. The damaged areas of the rubber roof were removed and replaced with Johns Manville 60 mil EPDM Rubber Membrane. Giving the rubber section of the roof new life once again. Another satisfied customer!
