The project involves installing new step flashing and ice and water protector over the entire section. The roof will use IKO Dynasty shingles in the Granite Black color. Additional features include aluminum flat step flashing, a Perma-Boot, and Air Vent ShingleVent II ridge vent for better ventilation.
