This home was in need of a new roof, and our Brown Roofing team was ready to help. New IKO Dynasty shingles in color Glacier were used to replace old and worn shingles. Our crew's hard work payed off in the form of a stunning new roof, that will protect this home for many years to come.

For this steep slope roof, our team replaced the shingles and repaired the decking layer. The roof had missing shingles and there was a hole in the decking layer. The first step to replacing this roof is ripping up the old shingles and taking a look at the decking layer, and more specifically the hole that leads into the home. It was decided that we needed to replace the rotted sheets of plywood and replace the sheet with the hole. After that was done, we laid down Sealeron Ice and Water and a synthetic underlayment. With these down, we can move on to installing the shingles and this homeowner decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. Now that the shingles are installed we could install the gutters and for this home, we installed our Gutter Shutter system. With a brand new roof and gutter system this homeowner can be certain that their home will be protected from the elements.
