Our team took care of this customer's leaking skylights and vents and we replaced the roof. The first step is to rip up the old shingles and get a better look at the decking layer below. Once we inspected the layer below and determined that we only needed to replace a few sheets of plywood we could then move on. Next, we laid down a synthetic underlayment and Sealoron Ice and Water.
