A recent storm had brought this roof to its demise by puncturing many holes through it. After the homeowners gave us a call, we sent out an emergency service team to make sure the holes got covered before another storm could damage the roof any further. Upon installing a new roof, we made sure to get the foundation right by replacing most of the sheathing. We also made sure that the roof was sealed nice and tight by making sure the accessories were installed correctly. The result of the new roof is a safe home!

These homeowners had an older roof that was more prone to leaves and debris due to its proximity to surrounding trees. Because of this, the homeowners wanted a stronger roof that was designed to be able to handle tougher conditions. We did a full roof replacement, starting by stripping the existing roof down to the decking. We then installed our underlayments. Our first underlayment is the IKO Stormshield Ice & Water, a waterproof membrane that is installed several feet above all the spots of the roof that are most susceptible to water leaks. We then installed Tri-Built synthetic underlayment everywhere else, which provides great strength against strong winds. We then topped it off with the IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Brownstone shade. 

Homeowner contacted us because they had a roof leak, and the current shingles were over 20 years old. Upon inspection, there was leakage found and it was determined the shingles were too brittle to do a repair. The homeowner elected for a full roof replacement to protect his home.
