Homeowner contacted us because they had a roof leak, and the current shingles were over 20 years old. Upon inspection, there was leakage found and it was determined the shingles were too brittle to do a repair. The homeowner elected for a full roof replacement to protect his home.

Homeowner was looking to have their roof replaced and was referred to us. Upon inspection, they had blown off shingles from storm damage. Homeowner filed a claim with insurance and with our help through the process they were able to get their roof replaced.

This homeowner in Cincinnati had some storm damage to her roof and we replaced this skylight when the roof was replaced. Velux FCM Skylight is the name of the specific product used. 

While the old shingles on this house were looking good, the framing and sheathing underneath the house were a liability. We replaced the sheathing where it was not to code on the house, then we layed our KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Dual Grey.
