Roofing Replacement in Cincinnati, Ohio

This smaller sized roof was in need of a full replacement. We started by first replacing the plywood sheathing that wasn't to code, then we sealed the sheathing with MFM roof decking tape. We then added new underlayment with KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Dual Grey. We also added some little details with Perma-Boot pipe flashes, apron flashing, IKO Hip and Ridge's, ACM aluminum edges, and new white box gutter downspouts.

Roofing Company in Cincinnati, Ohio

We stripped this roof down to the sheathing, where we replaced some of the sheathing plywood back to code. We then layed down our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane, and then the Tri-Built Synthetic underlayment. We then added our IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a summit grey shade. The roof was sealed with Geocel 4500 Scypolymer and galvanized steel coil nails. We added some details by installing new perma boots, edges, pipe flashes, box vent filler plugs, and of course, our Rain Drop Gutter Guards.

Roof Replacement for Moss Ridden Shed in Cincinnati, Ohio

Moss grows on areas of the roof that don't receive much sunlight. In this case, the shed was covered with shade from a neighboring tree and the one side of the roof was facing north. We replaced this roof the Klaus way by replacing the decking, installing our underlayments, and installing IKO Dynasty shingles. Important to note: we also filled in the skylights which is why they can't be seen in the after photo.

Skylight Replacement Company in Cincinnati, Ohio

We replaced this skylight for this apartment building in Cincinnati, OH. We used a 98" x 98" clear over clear acrylic dome skylight from Corken Steel Manufacturing. The clear over clear style allows for the maximum amount of sunlight and visibility. We made sure to seal the skylight at all the seams to ensure it won't leak.
