Roof Replacement for a Storm Damaged Roof in Richmond, Indiana

The existing roof actually had a section that had collapsed from storm damage. There was a rather large hole that went straight into their living room, and the homeowner had to put up tarps for the time being. We made sure to act swiftly to get a new roof installed, so they won't have to worry any longer. A lot of people underestimate how important a roof is for deflecting rain and wind away from a home. We made sure to replace the decking that had collapsed or otherwise received water damage, and then we replaced the roof. We made sure to install underlayments that will help the shingles tremendously, and we installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Summit Gray shade.

We replaced this worn down roof with our premium materials. The roof that once leaked massive amounts of water is now safe from intrusions! Shingles came in a Granite Black shade, which matches very nicely with the orange/red brick siding.

Full Roof Replacement in Latonia, Kentucky

The existing roof on this home was due for a full replacement.  We stripped the existing roof after we placed tarps leading to a large dumpster from the roof. The tarps help collect any debris that we may have missed from stripping the roof down. After we got rid of the existing roof, we installed our underlayments consisting of the IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane, and the other underlayment called Tri-Built synthetic. We then installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Granite Black shade.

Latonia, Kentucky Roofing Company

We replaced this roof in order to keep the home safe from water leaks. We started by stripping the roofs shingles, and then replacing all the warped wood decking. We then installed our underlayments to make sure this house stays safe from any wind/water damage. We then installed our shingles in a Granite Black shade. These shingles are classified as category 3, meaning they do better than most types of shingles at protecting. Investing in a roof that will last is a very wise decision!
