The existing soffit for this home in Covington, KY, completely busted open over the course of the winter. When Spring came around, the homeowners wanted us to repair it. We replaced their soffit with a white vinyl material and a matching metal fascia trim.

This building holds some offices for a company that does some contracting work, so they were pretty aware of what a good roofing job looks like. Pressure or no pressure, we're going to build the roof the right way. After we stripped the existing roof down to the decking, we noticed a couple spots that could use some replacing. We then installed our underlayments and finished by installing IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Shadow Brown shade. We also added some details by installing perma boots, flashes, edges, and exhaust vents.
