This smaller home was in need of a roof replacement because the shingles were old and the view from inside the attic showed some bad signs. We started by stripping the shingles down to the sheathing plywood. We then replaced one part of the roof's sheathing, because it wasn't up to code. We then started laying down our Tri-Built synthetic underlayment, along with our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane. We then added our IKO Dynasty shingles in a granite black color. We also added a duo stat thermostat for humidity control for the power attic ventilators.
We replaced the roof on this gambrel style home in West Harrison, IN, because the existing roof had became compromised from storm damage. When we replaced it, we made sure to loop the customer in on everything we planned to install to make sure the roof lasts as long as possible. The customer really appreciated our communication skills, and they felt comfortable with us keeping our word. The result is a beautiful new roof in the shade of our Frostone IKO shingles!
This roof in Brookville, IN, was 28 years old when the homeowners asked Klaus Roofing Systems of Cincinnati to do a roof inspection. Due to the age of the roofing material, the whole roof needed to be replaced. We provided a free roof estimate. He was so impressed with the quality of the roofing materials we used that he decided to move forward with the replacement quote we gave him.
This Burlington, Kentucky home had a ridge vent that got damaged over time. We replaced the original ridge vent and protected it with our IKO vent shingles.
When we pulled back the roof all the way down to the framing, we noticed one side of the roof was in need of a frame and insulation replacement, which is where we started. We then replaced the shingles and underlayment for the whole roof with our KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Frostone Grey.
