This shed was growing algae like crazy and had various other issues that could leave the integrity of the shed liable to damage. We started by stripping all the shingles and added new plywood sheathing sealed by Sealoron XT deck tape. We then added underlayment consisting of KRS Sealoron XT premium ice/water shield and KRS Velora One synthetic. We then added IKO Dynasty architectural in frostone grey. We added some more details by installing, ACM aluminum edges, ridge vents and IKO ridge shingles, and also Geocel 4500 scypolymer roof bonding sealant.
The owners of this home wanted a more modern look for their home, and the first step was to replace their siding. We started by stripping the existing siding, and we made sure to keep the removal process clean by having an on-site dumpster. We then installed our vapor barrier over the insulation to ensure proper moisture protection. After that, we then installed the new white vinyl siding, which was a great choice to complete a modernized look. If you are looking for some new siding for your home, be sure to give us a call for a free inspection!
Our crews replaced the roof and skylight on this Cincinnati home.
This smaller sized roof was in need of a full replacement. We started by first replacing the plywood sheathing that wasn't to code, then we sealed the sheathing with MFM roof decking tape. We then added new underlayment with KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Dual Grey. We also added some little details with Perma-Boot pipe flashes, apron flashing, IKO Hip and Ridge's, ACM aluminum edges, and new white box gutter downspouts.
We stripped this roof down to the sheathing, where we replaced some of the sheathing plywood back to code. We then layed down our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane, and then the Tri-Built Synthetic underlayment. We then added our IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a summit grey shade. The roof was sealed with Geocel 4500 Scypolymer and galvanized steel coil nails. We added some details by installing new perma boots, edges, pipe flashes, box vent filler plugs, and of course, our Rain Drop Gutter Guards.
